📦 Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship to the mainland United States.

❌ We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes.

Please note: Orders placed from Canada or Mexico may be accepted, but shipping times will be significantly delayed, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

🚚 Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days
  • Shipping Cost: FREE (on all U.S. orders)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

📌 Shipping times include weekends. However, there may be delays during weekends and public holidays on the carrier’s side.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is placed:

  1. You’ll receive an Order Acknowledgement Email.
  2. When your item ships, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation Email with:
    • Order number
    • Carrier information
    • Estimated delivery time
    • Package tracking number(s)

You can track your package using the link in your confirmation email or by visiting our Track Your Order page.

⚠️ Tracking info may take a few hours to become available after the item ships.

🎄 Seasonal and Peak Period Notice

During peak seasons like Mother’s Day, Christmas, or Black Friday, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check around your home, front porch, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors/family members.
  • Still can’t find it? Contact us right away — we’ll assist you as best as we can.

💰 Taxes & Duties

All U.S. domestic shipments are duty-free. If any import taxes or fees are incurred due to customs clearance (on international orders), they will be the responsibility of the customer.
