❗ Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order enters processing and is submitted to our supplier. At that point, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.

Include your order number and write “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
🚫 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We are unable to cancel orders if:
- 12+ hours have passed since order placement
- The order has already been shipped
- The item is marked as Final Sale, Custom, or Personalized
💳 Refund for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved:
- Your payment will be refunded in full
- Refunds process back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
🌎 International Orders
For international orders (e.g., Cyprus or Canada) placed by mistake:
- You may still request cancellation within the 12-hour window
- If the item ships, we cannot cancel it
- You’ll need to wait for delivery and refer to our Returns Policy afterward
